Activities

On Saturday evening (August 30th) we will host a banquet and dance at The Stone Willow Inn.

Other activities are being planned including workshops, teas/salons, theatre performances and the like. This is a participant-created event. If you would like to host or organize an activity, please contact one of the planning committee.

Financial Aid

Limited financial aid will be available. If you are in need of assistance, contact Otenth Paderborn or Eva Bellambi. If you would like to contribute to a scholarship fund, you can do so here via Paypal (opens in new window), or contact Otenth Paderborn.

Have your typist inquire about days off now. Get ready to meet and greet your friends and neighbors from Caledon as we assemble in Stratford, Ontario, Canada during the annual Shakespeare Festival.

Online Registration

Registration deadline Friday, July 18

Registration will help us in planning a banquet, dance, and other events. The registration fee will cover the cost of the banquet, with a modest amount for sound equipment and decorations. We are asking for a registration fee on a sliding scale of US$50-100 per person, payable either through Paypal or Linden $ to Otenth Paderborn. Your registration will be complete upon receipt of payment.

Conference Hotel

The Stone Willow Inn has a block of rooms held for our group at a rate of $134.00 Canadian per night double occupancy. You are encouraged to call and make your reservation as soon as you know that you will attend. The rooms will be held for us until Friday, July 25, 2008. When you call to make your reservation, simply let them know that you are part of CALECON, so that they will place you into one of these rooms at the group rate.
